Office Policy
Payment
Payment is due at the time treatment is rendered. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.
If you have dental insurance, we will verify your benefits and submit a claim on your behalf, but we will ask that you pay your estimated co-payment at the time services are rendered. Please be aware that some insurance plans, including many Delta Dental plans, will send the payment directly to the patient for out-of-network providers. In this case, we will ask that you pay in full at the time services are rendered.
Our office does offer flexible financing options to help you pay for your services over time. Please click the links below for pre-approval.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals can cause schedule delays for patients who arrived promptly to their appointment. Therefore, if you are more than ten (10) minutes late for your appointment we may need to reschedule you to another day to allow enough time for your treatment.
Cancelation Policy
We treat one patient at a time. As a result, your appointment is specially reserved for you. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please give us at least 24-hour notice.
Minors – Patients under the age of 18
If the patient is under 18 years old, he or she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Payment of services for the treatment is the responsibility of the accompanying adult.
